hooo haaa India ....haar gaya India!!!!

"Pathetic" the only word that comes in my mind with todays performance. Finally the Indian team is out of the world cup' 07. The entire country was yelling "hooo haaaa..." at last the team India answered "tere mooh me choooha....". They have proved again that they are good for nothing except shouting slogans for cola companies. The entire dictionary falls short of words when it comes to douse the the fire of anger against the performance by Indian team today. Apart from shattering the billion hopes the cricket team has flushed off millions of $ at stake with them by their sponsors , and other companies. By the end of the match every Indian was praying for miracle to happen. I wish I could call krrish or shaktiman to help the team India , but both of them were busy with their latest comic. none of the astrological predictions, havans, offering at temples, could earn with even a ray of hope of winning.

We all can write a comprehensive detailed analysis of the match, by now aajtak and other news channels must have prepared the hit list for tomorrows prime time shows. The important question is "who is responsible for the loss?" The answer is we the foolish fans. The basic fact is we have blown up cricket and cricketers totally out of proportion.Have you ever wondered why the loss in tennis, hockey,Olympics etc doesn't matter to us, just because we consider them as mere games but cricket has become a religion, faith, hope, belief for our countrymen. The loss of faith really creates a deep sense of pain. The time now is to draw the cricket back to the position of a game.

By tomorrow thousands of articles , blogs , protests, questions , allegations etc will be launched, but do we learn any thing from these? the answer is a big NO, the same Indian guy after torching the effigy of cricketers tomorrow will be seen back in the que to buy the tickets of the next multiangular series. The basic problem with humans is that we have a very volatile memory. May it be a Victory or loss we don't remember it for long.

was it a mistake.

Finally after so many days i'm back here again to write this crap. After discussing about the shots of sehwag & shorts of sania mirza , now its the campus placements which has become talk of the day among my friends as the companies are flooding to the colleges. These all happenings has cause me to think about my fate. Many of my friends have already got placements and rest in a que. This makes me feel secured & worried both at the same time, I guess u must have got the reason. secured because if tiwari ji can, so why not me!! n worried because many are not upto it, so will I be able to?? I m doin BE in electronics & comm. second year, from one of the most prestigious institutes of India, whose name cannot be taken on this blog as I already told you it is very very prestigious. Most of the people consider elex n comm. as the best branch in todays scenario and very versatile, they say you will definitely have a job by the end of your degree (bhagwan kare unke mooh me maggi). baat bhi sahi hai agar apne desh ke pyare laila-majhnu isi barbarta se nabbe pratishat ie 90% bandwidth ko busy rakhen, toh electronics & communication walon ka bhavishya bilkul ujjwal hai. Have you ever noticed the ads of the network providers, they always emphasize on a young couple (do not mistake them as brother and sister) giggling with a smile of about a mile in length and saying "aisi azaadi....jo aapki zindagi badal de".I always wonder what the matter they have to talk about for so long!!!

Let me tell you the most tragic story for IIT, how it lost the opportunity of having the most intelligent guy to be with them. I took a drop of one year preparing for IIT entrance exam.I consider, IITJEE is not an exam for selection but is an exam for rejection, and I never fail thus I got rejected. khair jab unki kismat hi kharab hai toh hum kya kar sakte hai. any ways I got admission to as above mentioned, a very prestigious institute of India.Due to my drop my friends are one year senior to me and sitting for placements and I have to wait for another year to pass. My papa always reminds me of my blunder of taking a drop. I believe that, always look where you are marching towards, just leave the footprints and potholes behind. I feel destiny always has something better in store for everyone, it makes you wait for the right time to come, the point is that you have to get the baton and run as fast as you can to win the race.

so let the placement fever catch up.I wish and hope that all my friends get placed,n meeee tooooo....(touch wood).
